The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is hosting an online meeting of the Blue-Green Algae Task Force on July 29, 2020. This transition to an online format is to prioritize and ensure the protection of public health as Florida continues to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

The Task Force will focus on harmful algal blooms, recreational advisories and related signage.  The public and stakeholders will have an opportunity to view and comment during the Task Force meeting by utilizing this Zoom link.

The agenda is available on the Task Force website. The meeting will be streamed live online by the Florida Channel. The details of how to access the live-stream will be posted to the website.
