The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to receive comments on the draft nutrient total maximum daily load (TMDL) reports for impaired waters in the Kissimmee River Basin, to be adopted in Rule 62-304.515, F.A.C. These TMDLs as site specific interpretations of the narrative nutrient criterion that are to be presented at the public workshop include: Lake Marion (WBID 1480), Lake Pierce (1532A), and Lake Wales (1619A).
